Everything was perfect on this visit. I love this office and wouldn t think of taking my babies anywhere else. However, I do want to take this moment to point out some negative experiences with Alexis. Both myself and my daughter have had problems with her. So far she has been nice enough in person but she is very rude and confrontational on the phone. I think she needs to remember who the customer/client is. I have never had a problem with anyone there except her.

I m not happy with what Dr said about my dog. I feel she just want to cut my dog s eye ball out without even knowing the results if it they were to want the whole growth from eye lid. She must of talked to Dog & Cat place when the Son of the Dr. didn t even know because he is not a Dr. he is the one that gives the anesthesia meds when his father is operating. Saying his father is old now so he was seeing who he see s now.

I understand everyone is busy but you must answer phone and also when a message is left kindly return the phone call. It took over 2 weeks to get Thur and my message was never returned.

I love this place. I left feeling ver happy and satisfied. Thank you so much.
