You guys are the Best!! Always a good experience. Love the staff and doctors. Phones are hard to get through the last several months, short staffed like most places. The every other Saturday closed is frustrating, but I get it. Along with the parking lot, not sure what the answer to that is. Still no place else I would trust my pets care with!

Excellent staff and facility. Very satisfied with everything. Dr. Yoo was very good at answering my concerns about my dog s eye.

You always take the best care of my dogs. I am sorry to hear that Dr. Yoo is retiring, but hope he has a wonderful retirement. We will miss him. He is a wonderful doctor. He performed eye surgeries on two of our dogs and your staff was fantastic taking care of them.

They work with you and that s a big part and that s a good vet I wanted to take my dogs in all three of them at the same time and they accommodated that and it worked out very well for me so thank you again and would recommend them

My husband and I love Shield Stone Pet Hospital, our dogs have been patients for over 18 years! Currently, we have four in our furry family and we wouldn t trust anyone else to care for our babies. The staff are friendly, professional and always have a smile. The office is always busy but staff keeps things running smoothly. (I hope you pay them well) Thank you for all you do.

Had to reschedule. We were around 10 minutes late, and were refused to be seen. We’ve waited patiently to be see longer than that.

I waited 10 minutes to be seen, 5 minutes the vet, 15 minutes for techs to come back in, took the dog to give the shot instead of in my presence, dog had blood on the shoulder injections site, no explanation, but everyone was very friendly.

We were so impressed by the friendly, helpful staff and doctors. I would highly recommend shield Stone pet hospital. The eye hospital was amazing. Our 11-year-old, 4 pound Yorky had to have her eyeball removed, and they did such a professional, competent job. They were very clear about what would happen during the procedure, how much it was going to cost, and the after care needed at home. we are very thankful that our veterinarian referred us to them.

Shieldstone Pet hospital is one of the best vets one can have for your pets. They are extremely nice, professional and always handle your kiddos with care. Can’t ask for a better place.
