Since I have a new puppy and I’m scared of it catching parvo, it would help put my mind at ease to see the techs wipe off the counter/ exam table with sniper or something that kills parvo. The room we were taken into was visibly clean but it would’ve made me feel better to see the tech spray before I put my puppy down. Thank you all you guys did an awesome job and everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I have had nothing but good experiences in the 9 years that I have been coming to Shieldstone.

I requested a physical exam for each of my dogs. One didn’t get his ears checked, the other didn’t get his heart checked. Neither got their eyes looked at. Each has a broken incisor, only one was brought to my attention. I was quite disappointed with the lack of consistency and thoroughness of the veterinarian. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. When an error was made they made an effort to fix the issue along with an apology and a positive attitude. Thank you!!

Billing could have been reiterated as to what was being billed. I didnt know if I was being billed for the dog shot or not. Other than that my experience here was great!

After coming home I looked at the blood test and 4 tests were high and it was not gone over with me. Bear is doing 100% better hes himself again thank you for getting him on right away I appreciate it very much

I have been a client for many years and it is always clean, friendly staff, and the doctor s are great.

I thought the support staff was very welcoming and friendly I felt the dr was less engaged with me and my pets. She didn’t even come back in the room to say goodbye or thank us for becoming new patients. Very impersonal for a vet.

The entire staff was very kind and the veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable and really cared about the well-being of my dog

I use to bring my dogs here years ago, until I moved across town. Two days ago I needed my dog to be seen ASAP. I could not even get into an emergency Hospital, they were full. Shield-Stone got me in the same day. The doctor was very thorough, the staff were wonderful, just like before. I will be coming back .
