I love Shield Stone and have been coming here for 40 years, a long time. I am disappointed in having to wait a week or more to get an appointment. Either limit the number of patients/customers or hire more doctors/practitioners. I am considering not recommending your practice anymore because I can t get an appointment when I need one.

Parking is really bad, so hard to back out of stall with all the cars parked back there. Only one entrance and entrance was exit as well.

Entirely satisfied for my pet and myself. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Dr. Shim and his staff. Nice people, knowledgeable and efficient. Price was fair and I appreciated that Dr. Shim didn t add on additional testing or services beyond what he felt was warranted. I have found my new vet!

I had to wait in the car in 102 degree heat for over 30 minutes after my appointment time. The waiting room inside should be open fir waiting for appointments.

We will not be back to This office EVER AGAIN. We were patients of Dr Yoo for many many years and loves him. We went back twice with other doctors and have not been happy. The estimate was insane! For a south side doctor totally crazy! We left and went to Armstrong Pet in Clovis on the north side in a much safer neighborhood and the total bill was half of yours. That is crazy to me. Total waste of time to drive to your office in an unsafe area and have such a ridiculous price. Your price to clean the teeth was 450. There price was 250. The list goes on and on. The surgery labs IV….. absolutely everything was ridiculous expensive. When I told the girl with all the tattoos that the price was crazy high she did not care and said with attitude “ every doctor is different”. I told her this was not a fair estimate and I will not be back. Turned out I was way right and got a much better price and Stella will have surgery in a few days in a much safer neighborhood with staff that cares!

Great service and explanations. I appreciate the care she took with making sure I understood what my dog was dealing with. I also appreciate how caring they were toward my dog. Thank you!

This seems to be one of the few veterinaries that cares more about the patient than the money.

We had an absolutely amazing experience here!! The staff was exceptional and so was Dr Yu. He explained everything to us about the procedure that was needed. We would definitely recommend Shield Stone Pet Hospital!!!

Everything was great! First time I been here. Took my cats in for checkup and shots. One got really sick and didn t want to move so I took her in again the next day and was seen very quickly. Staff gave here fluids and sent us home with meds and can of food. After about an hour my cat was up and eating and coming around. Next day she is doing fine.
