They made an exception to get my St Bernard in to express his anal glands. The poor guy battles this every month & they went above & beyond to work him in. This is just another reason we vet here - outstanding customers service. Thank you so much!

Dr. Saunders and the team did a great job taking care of Belle. Team member Madison came out to car to pick up Belle to take her in to see Dr. Emily. They did everything that needed to be done and then brought her back out to the car. Dr. Emily called us later to update us on Belle’s test results. As always, team is fantastic and caring!

Was super impressed with how smoothly it went despite the “social distancing”. The vet and their assistants were both through with their explanations over the phone and made me feel comfortable with what they were doing even though i couldn’t be in the room with my dog. Overall, my dogs procedure went very well and you guys are handling this situation with such professionalism:)

We are new puppy owners and our little guy got sick suddenly. We didnt have an estimated vet yet. Peterson Pet Hospital was able to get us in that same day to check him out. The doctor was very kind and gave us lots of great advice while still letting us make choices best for us. This was our first time at your clinic ever. Despite our having to stay in the curb everything went de well with our new puppy exam. We were wet impressed with the whole staff. Very professional, very pleasant and courteous. Very thorough. We have nothing but great things to say about you all!

My first experience with you all. Staff was very friendly and helpful to me. I liked the compliments they gave my new puppy and the excitement they had for me. It made me feel like the staff really loves what they do vs. it being just a job.

We had 4 visits to the Vet within 3 days and each visit was excellent. All the staff is super nice and answered any questions we had and was very loving to our dog, Maya. We feel she is getting the best of care with the compassionate staff and doctors. We did not have to wait long at all before Maya was seen by the doctor. Great system of handling everything during this pandemic. Thanks for all your staff does for our dog.

Naughty Kitty received the best care this last week. He was deathly ill on coming home from work last night and Dr. McGinty stayed to see him and was admitted that night for fluids and antibiotics. I ve greatly appreciated Dr. McGinty s approach to care and understood my financial needs as well as keeping Naughty at the best level of care. I never once has felt pressured by him to purchase more or do more than goes beyond my budget. I appreciate that understanding - it makes all the difference to me. Naughty is now on the mend and happy and getting stronger at home. Thank you!
