This was an emergency visit. We were on our way before the office even opened without an appointment with our fingers crossed that we would be seen and not sent to the ER. Our vet was waiting for us and acted quickly and knowledgeably to save our dog’s life. We trust them infinitely and are so incredibly grateful for the care they took with us and our furry family member.

Dr McGinty is super nice and very helpful. The dogs really like him too! The lady that took the dogs in and brought them back out was super nice too. Not familiar with the Telemedicine Airvet app. JGU

Not only am I confident my pets will receive excellent care here, but it is in a clean and friendly environment. The vets and techs take their time with my pets, explain everything, and take the time to answer all my questions. They always make follow up calls. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

There was no option of N/A for the question about using the Telemedicine Airvet app-which I did not use. I would recommend Peterson Pet Hospital to any and all of my friends and family! They are awesome with my dog and always make me feel comfortable when I need to leave her in their presence. The entire staff is friendly and personable. Keep up the great job!

The tech was so nice and enthusiastic towards me and my dog. When she brought him back out she told me how well behaved he was and all his adventures meeting new people in the building. It was nice to be a part of his care even if I wasn t with him.

I very much appreciate the phone call letting me know that Dollie had eaten her evening meal with no problems and that she she had gone potty with no problems.

This appt was for nail trim for Abby and Max. As usual, the complete staff was caring, took great care of each of my furry kids and, as always went above and beyond. During this time of Covid, tech came to car to get Abby first. Max was extremely excited and pulled out of collar. Tech waited for me to get into back area of vehicle to put on Max’s collar so he couldn’t get out of vehicle. I apologized, but was told that was ok. Everyone at Petersen Pet Hospital ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make we parents of furry kids feel special. I will never go elsewhere because I know I’m a phone call away from professionals who care about me and my Abby and Max. I can’t say enough about front desk staff, techs, and Drs Saunders and Petersen. I would like to mention everyone by name, but know I truly recognize each of you! Thanks, Patty Vokt

Everyone was very friendly and informative, it really helped bring me some peace. I could trust that my fur baby would be well taken care of.

Dr. Steve is the best. Great service as always. Did not use app but gave it a 5 star since no way to say not applicable. And didn t want to bring down rating curve of vet due to a flaw in rating service. You really should add NA so you can give a completely fair rating system .

I am never disappointed in how we are treated. Sometimes I am surprised by how much I have to spend. I guess that is normal. :)
