I cannot say enough good things about all your staff. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs are always friendly & kind. Dr McGinty & Dr Saunders are both caring & treat our pets with love!! And Dr Petersen is like an old friend!

I think you guys do a great job and are really friendly and gentle with your patients. You give all the information that is needed. I like that you are really gentle with Tiff, I took her to a vet before you and they weren t very gentle with her.

Obviously not being allowed in the building has changed things. Due to our cats demeanor around strangers, more injury could have occured trying to get x-rays. I do feel that affected the diagnosis & treatment differently than if I had been present to assist. Strange world we re in right now

While it’s hard not to be able to go in with the vet for the appt, everyone has been excellent and very accommodating. We have been very happy with the care we get there. Great job!

Very pleased with our appt. Really no different then a regular appt, just no face to face contact.

This is all but strange, I miss the one on one of communication, in person vs. over the phone, especially being new to the clinic.You all were very nice, and our cat seems to be doing much better.

McGinty is fantastic! He gives plenty of time to explain things and make sure we are comfortable with the treatment plans and expectations. Our dog has never been afraid to go to the vet and loves visiting.
