I completely understand about having to have Covid protocols at this time but this was the first visit for one of my cats and it was a completely new veterinarian to me also. I just wish I could have met her in person or via facetime to know to whom I was trusting with my cat s care. I really like Dr. Saunders and am very appreciative of her taking over care of my two cats with health issues until Dr. Eike returns. I chose Petersen Pet Hospital because Dr. Eike is AAFP certified and she is so wonderful with my cats. I Think it would be great if all the vets there would become certified. It would give cat people more peace of mind that their pets are being taken care of in a feline friendly setting.

Dr Knutson did a great job with Zoey on Monday. Zoey normally sees Dr McGinity, so I wasn’t sure how she would do with a new vet and no Mom with her, but Dr Knutson did a great job with her. If Dr McGinity is out again, I’d be happy to see Dr Knutson again!

We are so very lucky and grateful to have Dr McG as our Stanley s family vet. He is caring, honest, realistic and we always appreciate the education he provides us. We always feel so at ease having him taking care of our boy! The staff are all so friendly and caring. We are lifelong customers for sure!

As always, I receive the utmost professionalism from the staff at Petersen Pet Hospital. I fee they go above and beyond to make sure I understand the treatment and care for my fur babies. The veterinarians that I mainly work with are Drs McGinty & Saunders. They are really great doctors. I ve worked the other vets there and they re great, too. Because of they way I m treated by the staff at Petersen Pet hospital, I ve been going there since September 2004 and will continue to go there for years to come. I think you guys do a great job and are really friendly and gentle with your patients. You give all the information that is needed. I like that you are really gentle with Tiff, I took her to a vet before you and they weren t very gentle with her.

Obviously not being allowed in the building has changed things. Due to our cats demeanor around strangers, more injury could have occured trying to get x-rays. I do feel that affected the diagnosis & treatment differently than if I had been present to assist. Strange world we re in right now
