Colleen has been there for me since she came town around 38 years ago. She has treated me like a friend, not a client. I value her choice of employees and they ve all been very caring and accommodating to me. The ONLY time she has Ever let me down in All these years is when their policy changed by having other vets facilities join them On Call and I had to go elsewhere when my precious Daisy had to be put down. I dont blame her for needing a little break and getting some assistance after all these years but it just hit me hard when I needed her. I have forgiven her and would Never consider going Anywhere else for services. Shes the Best! (And her compassionate staff)

Waiting to be seen took a long time, but overall we love Maple River and won’t recommend anyone else.

The gal was very nice and very sweet. I will, however, be happier when I can go in with my furbabies and not have my anxiety through the roof.

With this virus crud happening, Maple River has taken care of our Kids meds and let me just say, when it came to an annual visit, they came out to receive both Kids, gave them their once over and brought them right back out to our truck. PROFESSIONAL!! Much Respect!!

Difficult to answer because I was barred entry to the facilities. Perhaps when people realize the stupidity of following the guidelines of a corrupt government we can get back to treating people as people.

This was a farm visit. They were both exceptional. They had answers to any of the questions asked.
