This was a follow up to a phone call on a Holiday. Suggested that we make an appointment the following morning. We called and got an appointment in the afternoon the next day-they were quite busy, but we were seen in a timely manner and given the right diagnosis and our Golden is recovering nicely. Thanks!

Its always easy and pleasant when they come out. Only thing is that she said my horse needed dental but she could not do because of an injury to her shoulder. She asked that I call back in a month. Does that mean I have to pay another farm visit? Lou Palmer

The staff are absolutely wonderful, very friendly. My German Shepherds are a handful sometimes and they know how to handle them. I m very happy with the staff and their services. I would highly reccomend them.

Your procedure for taking calls and putting people on hold could be streamlined,.....I have often been put on hold a number of times, been hung up on and called again, only to be put on hold, very frustrating
