Need to have a survey for farm visits. I was very pleased with the care taken with my large animals. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Knowledgeable and ready to answer questions and explain in detail. I have never had a bad experience in my relationship to your clinic and personnel. Thank you!

Respect and empathy go a long way in earning trust, especially when coinciding with the professionalism and competence of the staff. I love the staff at MRAC, everyone is always so kind and friendly. When ever I have an issue with my GSD Gus (formerly Grizzly & Karma) they always seem to make room in the schedule to check him out. I really appreciate that. I wouldn t take my fur baby(s) anywhere else.

1 - Does this mean is it easy to get an app t or to get seen once I get to the clinic? 2 - I ve been a client of MRAC for nearly 20 years. Currently I drive most of an hour to get to Alanson. I d drive 100 miles if needed to get the quality of care Dr Thorp and her staff provide.

Staff Waiting Time Fees
The staff at Maple River are always friendly and helpful. I take my girls there because of Dr. Thorp. As far as I m concerned, she is the best vet I ve ever entrusted my kids to, and she s definitely the best vet in all of northern Michigan.
