It s kinda hard to answer this survey since because of the virus, I had to sit in the car while my girls were taken into the building. But the staff at Maple River are always nice and helpful and Dr. Thorpe is fantastic. The facilities are always clean. I didn t receive my bill at the visit because of the virus (billing being done differently) so I m not sure what all my girls had done and that bothers me, but I understand. Staff were in a hurry to get everyone in safely plus they were a little behind because of an emergency. Overall, I d rate Maple River a 5 star because I believe it s the best vet facility in northern Michigan.

We were worked into the schedule, and I greatly appreciate that. There was a chance our dog had an eye ulcer, but he did not.

We moved out of the area June, 2016. We drive up from Canton, MI because of the exceptional care our pups receive. Dr. Thorp saved our Toy Fox Terrier at 6 mos. He was diagnosed with a liver shunt and with two medications and special diet for life he is doing very well. He is now 9 and going strong- because of the best Vet clinic around. Thank you for all you do .

Excellent care for our pets. Dr. Thorp is caring and down to earth and gives honest and realistic advice for the care of our animals. All the staff show the same care and concern for our furry friends.

was told by tech thatzues did not look like a german sheppard also dr. could not take time to look at luna tech, aid she was making calls but we heard her in back laufing with staff we are not very happy with maple river at all . mabye colline can call us
