I came in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in which I was very pleased about.

I was stuck in traffic due to all the construction on Bathurst and on Hwy 7. The staff were very understanding and helped me find my way to your clinic using alternate streets. I m grateful for that. The technicians are also very good with my cat Zoie.

Dr. Covant is always happy to answer any questions one might have.

I booked this appointment specifically asking for Dr.Covant so I was disappointed he wasn t in. Also, Chiquita was tested to see if she needed dewormimg a few weeks ago and it was negative and now I was advised to deworm anyways. First visit was told the food I was feeding her was good, now I was told to change it to include grains. It s difficult to make decisions when you see different bet each ti.e with different opinion

We came in for an emergency visit despite that there were no available appt times as staff recognized our regular patronage and the possible seriousness of the situation. Service was excellent. The vet took time to answer several questions from my daughter who was very anxious about Jasper s treatment. We appreciated the sensitive approach. I was not able to provide scores to the 8 questions. Survey tool did not seem to be working.

Charlie had a great visit and soooo many treats. Thank you to Cindy for helping me with selection of dog food and letting me know when to call in for the refill of the kibble.

The clinic has a lovely atomosphere and everyone is very friendly. We recently switched vets and everyone here made us feel welcome and dealt with our difficult cat with ease; overall very happy with the clinic. However, we have noticed there is a tendency for appointments to be late, but it is understood that with animals it could take longer than expected. Otherwise, the clinic is lovely and so are all of the workers.
