Charlie had a great visit and soooo many treats. Thank you to Cindy for helping me with selection of dog food and letting me know when to call in for the refill of the kibble.

The clinic has a lovely atomosphere and everyone is very friendly. We recently switched vets and everyone here made us feel welcome and dealt with our difficult cat with ease; overall very happy with the clinic. However, we have noticed there is a tendency for appointments to be late, but it is understood that with animals it could take longer than expected. Otherwise, the clinic is lovely and so are all of the workers.

Always enjoy the visit with Dr k. But the explanation of fee was not clear that added cost was not explained well at all. Also one specific staff member in the front is very rude and has to take a course on how to speak with customers without having s rude tone.

Lucy was great and helped magic with her blood test and informed me of how to give the heartguard and tick meds.

Thank you again for taking care of twizzler. Never have to worry about him when he’s in your vet clinic. Great work !!! Dr convent and the staff are amazing. Twizzler and Sherri.

When we leave a message for the vet that requires a reply, please make sure the exact correct message is delivered. I ve waited close to 2 months before I got a reply just because the vet said he never got the message (and yet at least 2 different receptionists assured me that the message would be left for him and he would call me back, etc... after I kept calling to follow up)!

Cardi s visit was great. Everyone made her visit very pleasant, she didn t stress at all.

When files are needed to go to a referral to an emergency specialist, it’s important that they get sent. It was fortunate that I had my own copies to provide in the absence of the offices, but I had to call and ask for them 3 times. I understand everyone is busy, but for an emergency referral It’s important that the specialist have the information they need to make the right decisions at the appointment.

I was disappointed that I was not called after Ollie s surgery to let me know how the surgery went and to tell me that he was ok.I understand that the clinic was busy,but I feel that a phonecall from the Dr was a courteous thing to do.

I boarded my pets once and at the time of leaving them I was not aware that they were unattended from 8 pm - 8 am. I was upset and didn’t say anything but this a very long duration (12 hours) for pets not to relive themselves. Is there anything that can be adjusted otherwise I will not board my pets again. If there is an opportunity to review this practice I would be greatful to reconsider.
