Very long wait to see the Dr.

unable to respond to some of the questions.......our dog was dropped off and picked up. Generally speaking all is well each and every time. All rooms are clean. Oreo has been a client of the clinic for many years - no complaints at all. Always friendly and treatment is satisfactory. Thank you.

As usual your staff were caring, obviously they have more empathy in a scary overwhelming time then that of the vet. When I Client is desperately seeking help and has to make the most informed decision about how to care most economically and thoughly, it’s expected that a more compassionate list of options be suggested. A customer shouldn’t have to beg for less costly ways to gain diagnostic information. And it’s terrible and embarrassing that there is so little “room” in the quote, that fellow customers offer to pay my bill. A confusing and disappointing vet appointment from an obviously loving owner, if I wasn’t seeking alternatives and help, I would not have made an appointment to have my poor dog seen. ...a more compassionate and consice treatment plan would have been appreciated

The only comment I have was Dr.Covant kept us waiting 40 minutes, although we had pre booked an appointment.

I appreciate that when Benji had an issue after his second round of shots he was looked after immediately...to ensure there were no complications...thank you to the amazing Dr. and staff.

I am amazed at the atmosphere. It is Disneyland-ish, despite the lack of rides, games, etc., but there is such an upbeat, positive, kind spirit there. Very few places are like that, let alone work places. I hope you all are able to continue and to really appreciate the place you have created. See you in a year, the Duke and the Snowballs.

Wait time before seeing the vet was far too long! Appointments should be better scheduled to avoid long wait times.

Check in was a bit hectic and I had to wait past my appt time. The new vet was very friendly and helpful.

My dog was fairly nervous and the staff did everything they could to make sure he was okay and as calm as he could be. They are knowledgeable and kind and as much as Max (my dog) doesn t love going to the vet, I do love the service we are provided. Thank you all!

I got very clear explanation about my puppy condition and high quality services.

My dog did not like how the technician who was taking her for the heartworm test approached her. She just tried to the dog on leash without getting to know her and my dog pulled away and hid under a chair which is unusual for her. The technician came back and brought a treat and talked to her and then the dog went without a hassle. The other technicians always take that approach and this lady was new but my experience has always been dog behaviour and respecting the pet is first priority at your clinic. Dogs, like people dont like to be disrespected.

If there s an emergency in the a.m. (or any time) that would delay all the other appointments for the rest of the day, would it be possible to send out an automatic phone message to inform clients that appointments are at least XXX mins. behind so that we could adjust to come XXX mins. later than our scheduled time? It would be really helpful esp. if the delay is 45 mins. or more. Instead of having clients sit and wait for an hour or more (with no empty seats available), they could have arrived later. I understand it would take too much time to call everyone and it s impossible to make 1 call at a time. But if there s a computer system that could make auto calls to everyone on the list scheduled for the day, that could be the solution. Then, whoever gets the message would not have to waste the time waiting and if they don t get the message, they would still arrive on time for their scheduled time. Thanks!

Great service and excellent explanation fr Dr. Covant. The receptionist Sarah is super helpful and friendly. The other technicians are also very approachable and kindly to client and pet. Love to visit this animal hospital. If I get get some discount offer like 10-15% off would be really appreciated. Thanks
