A note regarding Jacob’s meds. You still have in his chart for the thyroid médecine that he should take 1/3 when this was changed last year to 1/2. Could this be corrected for future. He also takes the “ Revolution “ not the chewable . Could you RED FLAG to not give him the chewable as he had a very bad reaction to it. Bravecto is fine. Please make sure that the file is updated. Also could you correct the spelling of my name, “VIOLETTE” you are missing the E at the end. Thank you.

We are so happy to see Dr. Covant again today to check with Brinkley. He explains so clearly about the new vaccine and the new medication for heartworm, and flea. The only comment is the price of the new medication really expensive.

I just have a comment about checking in. I followed the instructions on the door about calling and letting you know I was there with Holly. I did notice that someone else came in without calling and did not follow the procedure you requested. As well, I thought there was only to be one client in the waiting room at a time. When the other person came in, that made 2 of us there. Please revise your safety precautions if you can fit more than 1 client in the waiting room at a time. It made me a bit uncomfortable since I was not sure if that was ok or not according to your rules. Other than that, I appreciated the nail trim and tooth brushing you gave her. Thank you!

I was told the day before my appointment that everyone was wearing masks and when I came in I was very disappointed that not one of the staff in the front was wearing a mask. I am a senior and therefore a high risk individual. When I asked about it, I was told very rudely that you are wearing a mask so it s o.k.) I commented that my mask protects them & their mask would protect me. Another comment was that I can t wear a mask for 12 hours .

We have been twice with our dog Vincent. We found our appointments to be thorough, informative and pleasant.

Was disappointed I waited so long for Dr Covant to give get back to me...was told to go home that Dr Covant would call me next say for lily s bloodwork result. He never did. Waited all day. I called the clinic at 3.30. He was gone and I would have to wait 2 days for another dr to call me. I do prefer speaking with Dr Covant, he sees her, he knows more about her. Was also wanted hus opinion as yo why Lily collapsed while on the table.

I ended up sitting in my car for an hour. It was twice as much time as I normally get for lunch. It would have been much more convenient for me if I could have dropped Shadow off and picked her up at 3 when I was finished work. I ended up having to work a longer day.

I had a 10 am appointment. The veterinarian arrived at the clinic at 10h10 and my dog was only seen by an assistant at 10h15. Keeping patients waiting because the vet cannot get herself to work on time is simply disrespectful.

Great service even during the pandemic. Very appreciative of the efforts of all of the staff and Dr. H. While I didnt see inside the facility today, it s always clean and the service is always great!

It is such a relief to know that Bayview 7 is open to Emergency and necessary visits during the current situation. Dr Covant is helpful and caring and the best vet ever and the staff are kind and friendly. 5 STARS !!

Very pleased with the organization during the pandemic. Everything was organized and done fast and efficiently.

Under the circumstances, I didn t see or experience anything other than the great care that Maddie received while having her stitches removed.

I greatly appreciate Bayview Seven Animal Hospital letting me come in and looking after my cat. Although it was for a nail trim and they recommend non-essential services to be delayed, Angela booked me in anyway. My cat is very difficult to manage with some things and having the help of an experienced technician is greatly appreciated.
