We have been going for over 15 years !! Never have had any issues!!!!

The overall care is great and Dr Covant is a wonderful Veterinarian. The rooms could do with some paint and some nicer pictures etc

My dog’s file is lost. I had to book another appointment and I asked for thurs but I was booked for wed. Maybe the new staff need a bit more training and guidance.

The wait time was extensive this is unusual, I appreciate that everyone has to have time to speak with staff. However, there was no explanation or I m sorry that you are waiting but... I just waited.

I was a bit skeptical at first but acupuncture has really helped control my furry friend s kidney levels. He is almost 16 and so far we have been able to avoid putting him on fluids.

I arrived for my 10:30 appointment with the technician for a nail trimming for my cat. Due to incoming phone calls, a client who s dog had died suddenly and was taking up a lot of the receptionist s time; the technician who was busy setting up an IV on a dog; and a lack of available staff my cat sat in her crate for 20 or more minutes. Another incoming call delayed payment of the bill. I wasn t given an invoice, but I don t think I needed to have one.

When making first appt, and during first appt, and after my first visit, I have a very good feeling about this vet

The level of knowledge and care I am provided by each and every employee is phenomenal! I spent time with Dr.Covant today- he is outstanding and truly understands animal illnesses and behaviours!!-including humans! The follow up is always the best part as there always is a step factor in how to understand and treat animals. I have been a customer with my dogs/cat for over 25 years- I cannot imagine going to another animal hospital. Thank you Bayview Seven for all you do for our pets! Sharon Johnson

Was supposed to get a call for the fecal analysis result but didn t get one.

We have always been very happy with the clinic, Sandy especially is sympathetic to our Toby s needs in regards to seizures. However we were very upset when Toby s seizure med Pot. Bromide was not put through when we called it in at least 1 week before it was required. We were especially anxious over the Canada Day weekend that he was left without the medication. Dr. Covant assured me over the phone that it would be in the following week but knowing the issue we were facing, not one of the staff or Dr called to see how Toby was with fireworks or would anyone in your office speak again or apologize in regards to this situation. Although we do have the utmost trust and respect for your office, we do feel a little disappointed. I recall how humbled I was when our bill was outstanding and I received many many calls in regards to that issue. For us Toby s health far outweighs anything and so it should for his Veterinarian.

I am so happy to have been introduced to your clinic. The level of care and the attention to detail at your clinic is fantastic. We hope not to need to see a vet to often but it is reassuring to know that should the need arise, we have such a great team to count on.
