My Veteranarian for 30+ years. His staff is always attentive and they have incredible patience. Dr Howard Covant always take the time to explain. He has treated many of our fur babies and each one has always been excited to see him. He also makes the best Santa Claus

No information as far as next visit. The waiting room had traces of blood on the floor but was promptly dealt with when I pointed it out. Staff very pleasant to deal with.

These is absolutely the best place to go for your pets !!! And for yourself !!! If your pet is sick or well They will help,reassure and support!!!

When I called to make the appointment, I said that I had enough meds for Shadow until Tuesday. She needed to have blood work done to determine whether she should stay on Prednisone or not. The Phenobarbitol she was always going to need. However, no Pheno was available for her at the time, and the results of the blood work for Prednisone would not be available until Wednesday. I had to go back later to get more Pheno, since I really did need more. It would have been better if I had had the blood work done prior to the day of the vet visit.

Never quite sure how the clients are seen. I arrived and there was a client waiting with her small puppy. When she went in to see the vet another small bull dog arrived. When the vet came out to call the next client I was surprised to not be called. Instead the client after me was seen. My appointment was for 5:15. I arrived @ 5:18 the latest. There was someone already waiting. Not sure how I ended up waiting TIL 5:45 to be seen. This has happened before. Other offices explain if the doctor is running late and give an estimate of how long you’ll have to wait. Other then that it was a good experience.
