Quiche has an right ear infection but it was marked EYE on the examination check list.

Dr.Zeitoun was amazing! We had a very sick rat with an upper respiratory infection. If we hadn’t taken her in to see someone on the Sunday, I think she would have passed away. Though she typically did not treat rats, she said she would see her and help. She gave her antibiotics, fluids and lots of love. All the staff were really caring excited to meet our rat. It is only Monday and she is climbing on her cage, and has lots of energy. Our family is so thankful for Dr.Zeitoun’s big heart and willingness to treat our rat, as there were no vets open who specialized in rats. Thanks for making our special friend well again!

As usual everything was great. My only negative comment is that we waited approximately 1 hour for our appointment. Many of your customers live close by. You may want to consider letting us know if you are running late. A quick call or email would be appropriated. I am sure this can be automated.

It took me more than 30 minutes to find out the discrepancies of the estimate two weeks ago vs today’s quotation. Especially, I’m in a hurry on the moving date. I’m not happy

I was disappointed that there was no record of my pets previous history that was sent over by another vet. I know this was done as I asked for a copy of it on a previous visit with another pet of mine. I was surprised that the vet suggested a vaccination as my cat is indoor and 16.5 yrs old with advanced kidney disease. The risk of side effects outweighs the benefit. As well, there was no previous history on the tests done prior to my adopting the cat in March - I was not comfortable in proceeding with a vaccine until I had a chance to review my pets file. My son took pictures of the file I have at home and sent it over so the file could be updated.
