The vet did not fit his mask properly - it kept slipping down and exposing his nose and he had to keep adjusting it. I would suggest that he properly fits his mask.

I have been to many veterans over the years. It is a nice office. The staff is very friendly. The vet we seen was great and had a sense of humor. I recommend this office to people I know. Who are not happy with there present vet.

When I was waiting for my appointment I then heard the clinic manager mention that they should be sanitizing the door handle and scale after each person/pet leaves the clinic. I saw 2 people walk out and 2 pets including mine get weighted and nothing was sanitized after either use. I was not told about when I should be bringing my dog in again. Over all the staff and the Vet were very friendly and welcoming

Lucy was wonderful and explained everything very clearly. I suggested that she write out a list for administering IV and liquids to a pet, it’s tricky to remember everything as you’re listening to instructions. Lucy was so helpful and supportive, she’s wonderful!

Always perfection

When I booked my appointment last week I was verbally told the time and date. When I received my confirmation email, I didn t notice the date had been changed and I confirmed the appointment. It s my fault for not reading more carefully, but I should have been notified of the date change by a simple phone call. Although it worked out and my dog was able to be seen, I was given some initial pushback by the staff member training the receptionist. I wasn t given the option for a nail trim for my dog, but I m assuming this was due to being fit into the schedule.

Appointment for Daisy was handled well by all involved during this terrible time of COVID-19.

I was very shocked that the staff got my mother and son to muzzle my dog Lola. Angela is well aware that cutting lLolas nails is hard. She has never asked me or a family member to muzzle her before she usually does it. This was upsetting to hear. I don’t know that it was Angela who cut her nails but I’m assuming as I was told she would be there and that’s why I booked at the time

I would definitely recommend your establishment to my friends with dogs. You are caring and compationate people. Keep the work up.

Hard to evaluate at this time given the modifications due to the virus. I did appreciate being able to sit in the cat room since I had a long wait due to emergency of other animal.
