It is great that the office has made adjustments to be available to treat our pets. This was our second visit with the new distancing policy. I need to help my dog have a good experience. He did not want to get out of our vehicle for the first time ever (he was very afraid) and then it s my fault that I wanted to have the tech put the cone on him because it was a shock to him and trying to jump with it in the car stressed us all out. It was not a good experience for him and a hard lesson. Please help with information or advice to help adjust when using the cone.
