Great curb side pet pick up so we don’t need to go inside during Covid. Love the numbered stalls outside so you know where we are. Smooth system!!

When dispensing medication that has been paid please put it in the system with the date it was picked up. I payed for my dogs medication and did not pick it up for 3 weeks due to being sick and other reasons. When I went to pick it up, there was a miscommunication and they wanted me to pay for it again even though I had not picked it up and it was paid for. Finally, they said they believed me but I do t want to rrun into this problem again. If you put the date of payment and the date of pick up then you won’t have this issue. Thank you

Dr. Lax and his Team are great Veterinary Hospital : highly experienced in diagnostic and treatment of animals, they are kindly and patiently treating our beloved 14 years old dog.

My first visit to Bressi. Although, due to safety precautions with Covid, I didn’t get to go inside, see the facility and meet with the vet, I was very happy with how the visit was handled. All aspects, from notification that I was there, ease of parking, attention given by the assistant who escorted Raffi inside for his appointment, to the call of introduction by the vet and call after to give me details, paperwork and great offering a great discount for Nexgard and Heargard, which I immediately took advantage of. Couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism. Thank you!

I appreciated the friendliness and courteous service from the techs to the doctor. Even though it’s not a grooming place but you went out of your normal practice to trim the hair between my dog’s toes. And the complimentary dewclaws trimmings. I am so appreciative. You guys are amazing!

During social distancing Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital has gone above and beyond to make pet owners feel like their pet is having an excellent experience and appointment. Our Vet, Dr. Kinney, called us while we waited outside and asked questions and later explained our dog’s prognosis in detail and spent quality time answering questions and helping talk through helpful steps for caring at home. We felt like the service was caring, thorough and professional. Thank you so much!

My husband and I are very happy with the level of service and care we receive for our dog at Bressi. I think it would be helpful that patients fill out a questionnaire on their pet once a year so the Drs know any change in their diet, exercise, etc. Maggie has been on grain free for 10 years and we had no idea that recent studies show it is now not good for pets (even though the office has is in posters I guess in the office). I think this simple form may help the doctors provide any updated guidance to their patients. We have to do it with our primary doctors for our annual physicals so it may help our pet doctors too.

Everyone at Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital is amazing. We have two Husky puppies and puppies and boy have we had the hardest with them and all the bugs and us overthinking everything. The staff here has helped us with anything and everything without a problem. They always get us in as soon as possible and are so helpful with anything and everything. We are so lucky to have found them!

Wait time was a little long but it was understandable since we were squeezed in for an appointment. We appreciate the staff for fitting us in.
