The staff handled curbside service (due to COVID) so well!! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable letting my brand new 8 week old puppy go with a practice I had never been to before, all from my car without ever going in. They explained everything so thoroughly and we’re super sweet to my pup. Thank you!!

First time pt. Phoned because my newly rescued dog, Bailey, had blood in her urine. Denise the receptionist was able to give us an appointment the very same day I called. EVERYONE was SOOO nice. Lisa was Bailey s nurse and Dr. Dvorchak was her doctor. We are very grateful for the fantastic care that Bailey received. Excellent customer service, very friendly and very thorough. Staff demonstrate genuine compassion every time. Super helpful that can see any other veterinarian when yours is not there and there’s an urgent concern and have great continuity of care. Techs also take time to answer all questions or facilitate discussion with veterinarian. I never feel rushed and time is taken to answer all my questions. I feel like my dog is cared for, Thank you!
