Cannot respond to cleanliness as I didn’t go into office. They pick up dog from your car.

I just love all the folks at Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital! They took such good care of Alex, our 18 1/2 cat before he died. Now we have a new kitten, Riley, and I m looking forward to him getting the same great care!

I actually prefer the vet techs coming to the car instead of me going in. Seemed less frantic for my dog.

Missed the face to face contact with the vet about the minor surgery our pet was to have and how he did after surgery. Good Covid protocols in place. Stay safe all!

I appreciate the kindness and expertise experienced today. Hurley usually sees Dr. Lax who we love. But he wasn’t in and decided to see Dr. Harrington. Dr. Harrington was very personal and thoroughly explained what I needed to know. Tough with my Hurley aging and Covid, and she made me feel comfortable. Thank you Dr. Harrington!!

I was very impressed. We just moved here and were seen quickly. Their system was flawless with COVID.

I love the care given to my pup here. The staff all obviously love the animals. My last pup died of a fast moving cancer. It was awful but everyone here was so empathetic that a terrible situation became almost bearable. I would not want to take a pet anywhere else.

The tech that brought Oliver back out to the car told me that she loved Oliver. He was the favorite patient for the day and told me how the procedure went. It was nice to get that feedback. He now has lots of pretty girlfriends at Bressi. Thank you.
