The staff and care for our pets is excellent!

I have been bringing my fur kids to Dr. Lax for many years now. I have tried other vets but always come back to Dr. Lax and won t ever leave again unless I am forced to. He s by far the best vet I ve ever had!

This was my first visit as we had just moved here. Dr. Harrington took her time to explain the visit , made helpful recommendations and while friendly was professional. I will be bringing my dogs back for further care.

My dog Sophie was attacked by a coyote over the weekend & our regular vet office was closed. We were able to get her in with your office. I was afraid of the service we might get since we are not regular patients at Bressi, but EVERYONE was amazing & kind. I appreciated the continuous communication to let me know what was happening with my baby since we couldn t go inside the facility. It was a very emotional time for me, but everyone from the front office, to each tech & to the doctor was so sympathetic & so caring. Thank you for helping us through a very tough time.

I also appreciated that there was no upsell as in most vets. Thank you!

We love everyone here. We trust the doctors and the staff is always friendly and understanding. Yesterday we waited longer than normal but another animal had an emergency and that s important. Got all questions answered and our pets well being is very important and feel that they are in great hands here.

Jess was excellent. She made sure my dog got in the next day for emergency oral surgery, otherwise, there were no openings until March. Because of her advocacy and the efforts of the staff, Pepper only had one infected molar removed rather than two (the other one was cracked but not infected). I’m convinced if Pep had to wait a month then the other tooth would have been infected as well. Such excellent care and caring by Jess and the entire team!

Dr. Harrington and her team of tech s and admin assistants were friendly, courteous, efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable and recommendable. Thank you from Rosie and her folks.....

I have had dogs my entire life. I have many friends back east that are Vets. I have NEVER experienced a better run vet hospital ever. This team is professional, quick, compassionate, and exceeds all of my expectations. Dr. Lax has been understanding and passionate during all that we have been going through with a new puppy. I would always recommend this Pet Hospital.

I first started with Dr. Lax back in 2001. He and Dr. Kenney took amazing time and care of my Lab Speaker till his passing 2008. I finally adopted a 7 year old wonderful dog named Annie and we immediately went to Bressi Ranch for a checkup. They are amazing!????

This was my first visit with my new puppy. I was not able to come inside due to covid, so I don t know what things were like inside.

Thought you handled Covid regulations very well for the appointment. When a mistake was made in the flea medication, you made a refund very quickly. Thank you.

The only suggestion is when giving an appt to tell new customers to call the office. I didn t see a sign with instructions. Everything else was perfect!

This was my first time going to Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital and felt very cared for. I m excited to begin our journey with them.

It is unfortunate having to deal with the Covid restrictions. But despite these restrictions my appointment was with the staff was personable, informative and met all of my expectations. Thank you.
