Alana took great care of us. We called for a last minute appointment and got it. Our family has been going to Eastside for 20 years. You treat us like family and we could not be happier with the level of care.

I love bringing berry to this office the staff is very friendly. BERRY is doing great after that heartworm he was sort the next day but now he is back full of angry. Thank you all for what you do. God Bless

Dr. Collier went on and on about Fluffy s joints...he s a mastiff, and yes, I know he s a big dog and he s probably going to get arthritis and the like. But I felt that Dr. Collier was quite rude about it. I asked for clarification on what we should do about Fluffy s canine tooth (apparently, it has been damaged?) and got no clear answer.

You always treat me and my dogs as though we re the most important part of your day. There s a sincere concern that is noticed and appreciated. One question since I ve been coming to you for a few years - why no appointments before 1:00? I always had appointments in the AM, but not this year. Luckily your receptionist did get me in earlier and I appreciate that. Anyway, love your hospital and you guys are awesome!

These people are WONDERFUL in every way!

We are still new to Eastside Animal Hospital, but we are not new pet owners. We decided to visit once because we were contemplating a change of care for our pets. We have been very happy with the quality of care that our pets have received thus far and have decided that Eastside Animal Hospital is the right place for our pets medical care.

Eastside has taken care of my kids for over 20 years. It is great to have them to depend on.

I really like the explanation and price of the services prior to seeing doctor. Eliminates any unexpected charges. Full disclosure! Dr Derryberry is awesome! She really takes time to explain and educate me on my pets needs. Love her & all the staff! Robin Weaver

It took nearly a hour to get our dogs boarded. There was no line as nobody was there before us. They tried to charge us for things that our dogs did not need and did end up charging for one thing based on their rules . We felt that the vet s office was trying to gouge us. The staff was not friendly and they were very inefficient. I hope we never have to board our dogs there again.

I am really disappointed in the shots for life program. I don t find it of value and honestly if I knew it was only going to save me $30 dollars then I would not have purchased it. We unfortunately won t be back.

I was there close to 2 hours, I waited over 30 minutes before we saw a tech./ then waited to see the Dr. waited each time in between. Liked the Dr and staff, felt we got good care. My puppy is feeling better. Time there was just too long. Worse than a peoples doctors office ...

As always, I had zero wait when I got there for my appointment, and everyone was so extremely pleasant. There is a reason Melinda and I live an hour away and still drive all the way to Eastside Animal Hospital.

Brittany and Dr. Derryberry were courteous and professional. They were sweet to my chihuahua and took the time to explain everything. I love eastside!

I don t appreciate how there are extra charges on the estimates that I am given. For example, the extra that was added on this time was to pre pay for his follow up visit. Im not going to pay for services that are not even provided yet. That s ridiculous. Every time I bring my dogs in, there always seems to be some kind of up charge thinking I won t look at everything and just pay it. Is that really ethical to pre pay for a next visit? If the up charges continue, I may need to look for another vet.

I am a longtime Eastside client and will remain one as long as Dr. Collier remains in practice. He is great. Thanks, Anne

I have no suggestions for improvements because the staff has been great. You folks have been our vets ever since we moved to Tennessee which was over 30 years ago.

such an amazing group to take care of our SPECKLES. we love Dr. Derryberry and the whole team. I can also attest to their kindness as they reached out to my family and I during my mother s recent passing. Anyone or team that takes that much thought, deserves best VET Clinic in Maury County without a doubt. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
