Charlie loves coming to the vet because he gets so much attention. We never feel rushed at our appt and we always have a lot of questions

Always easy whenever I take Scruffy dog to Eastside AH!

Nothing, really. I just wish the waiting room was a wee bit bigger for those of us with bigger pups.

Dr. Derryberry and the entire team are fabulous!! They are always smiling and investedineavh pet that walks in. They are more like extended family, and i know that my cat is always in good hands

Didn t see Dr when I picked up Jasmine but Kyla answered all my questions/ staff always courteous and attentive to my needs and my cats/ give you a 10 out of 10 rating??

Thank you for making us feel so welcome, and for making Phoebe so special. Everyone treated her like she was their own. We were so incredibly impressed with Dr. Collier, as well as everyone else in the office, and look forward to a long relationship at Eastside.

I was on time, but waited about 10 minutes before I got in a room and then another 5-10 minutes of waiting before we saw anyone. There were no other customers and still we were there for an hour for something that should have taken maybe 1/2 an hour tops. Otherwise, I LOVE EASTSIDE!!!! You treat my animals with such respect - they aren t just a number, they re special when they walk in the door. Dr. Derryberry is A+ wonderful!!!

Love the staff at eastside. They are the absolute best. They love my pups and treat them like they are theirs. Very grateful for them and their love for animals.

Dr. Collier is the most amazing vet I have ever met. Our auggie was diagnosed with cancer 3 year ago and we were told 6 months at most. With Dr collier treating him it s been going on 4 yrs. He is happy and mean as ever!!! Can t say enough good things about East Side !!

Doctor Derryberry and her team are amazing. It feels more like family than a Vet s office. From the minute you walk through the door, to the minute you leave the staff are smiling and friendly. Dr. Derryberry took the time to answer all my questions to be sure I completely understood the next steps. I have been to other vets and never received service like this, instead I felt like my pet and I were just another dollar sign. Not here...They are all about your pets :-)

Wonderful experience. Dr Derryberry and staff are kind, knowledgeable and considerate for our older cat - not making him go through unnecesssry blood levels while still treating his aches and pains. Loved that quality of life means more than anything. You are the best!

this vet is excellent to bring your pets they are realy good with your animals.you dont have to worry about them when you drop them off.there in good hands
