Since our pets cannot speak to us it is sometimes difficult to get to the problem. I think a follow up call would be helpful. One visit does not always take care of the issue or leave the owner feeling confident the issue was resolved. Also, any lab concerns should be explained.

Dr Collier was great with my pets! The staff treated us great! Was very friendly!

We didn’t see the doctor during this nurse visit for booster shots for Lilly’s vaccines. Everything was great like last night and your staff is always so friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed in our visit and the charges made. I feel we were charged unnecessarily for a stool sample when it was obvious the dog had contracted worms from our cat (feces) who we had just come in and treated a couple weeks prior, but a stool sample was told to be necessary. Then we were told last minute the dewormer used is not what was on the price sheet and it was, just a little bit more . When we checked out, it was $75 more. That is not little bit, that is a lot, but it was already administered to the dog in the room so we couldn t refuse it. I had also expressed we couldn t afford the heart worm and other services that they kept offering because we were on a budget. I spent around $40 for my cat s dewormer and almost $200 for my dogs.

My appointment was at 3:30. We were not seen until 4:38 pm. I can understand a 15-20 minute wait but over an hour is unacceptable.

I love this staff, they treat me and my dog like we’re theirs! My friend picked up my dog’s meds yesterday for me and she said when she walked in and mentioned being there to pick up my dog Riley’s medicine, she responded with, “oh Roo!?” and that left such a positive impression on my friend that she had to call me and tell me right after. Hearing them refer to my baby by his nickname, that i haven’t even used while there, warms my heart! Thank you all!

Thank you for the friendly greeting and the thorough examination of my cat. Also, the Dr. Collier is very efficient in explaining what is happening with my cat and thorough in letting me know what the next steps are. I m happy that I was able to find such a great vet close to my new home!

Dr. Collier was very helpful and answered all my questions and the outcome was satisfying for me and Maggie. Maggie is doing much better and I m very happy with the outcome and the doctor correct as to what was wrong and what it will take to fix this problem. Thanks for being there for us and Maggie.

I have no suggestions, I travelled a 60 mile round trip and skipped out on the offices in my town just to come to one I remembered my parents going to when I was a child and lived here, and I was happy I did!

We love Eastside Animal Hospital. Both Dr. Collier and Dr. Derryberry are very eager to answer our questions to improve our cats health. We recently moved 40 minutes away but are more than willing to make the drive.

Rocky had full battery of shots. He wasn’t himself for a few hours after I contributed it to all the injections. Also had his claws trimmed wonderful job

Our family has been coming to Eastside since moving to the area in 1988. Even now, living in Lawrenceburg, we still make the drive to y all. Dr. John has always been the best and gives us the information necessary to make competent decisions. We highly recommend Eastside Animal Hospital.
