Nothing I can think of to improve. Staff is wonderful. Facility is nice and clean. Prices are reasonable.

The staff is great. Never saw the Dr. but was charged for an exam. Was told to drop her off until the Dr. was out of surgery, then was charged for day care - all day. We could have just gotten an appointment then brought her in if we had known we were going to be charged for day care.

Never met with doc pre or post procedure. A $45 mite ear drop tx was added to bill. It should never be assumed a customer is ok with added charges. Customer should check out first then get animal

Overall, a wonderful experience. The groomer did a great job with Milos cut. Very pleased with my experience. I look forward to him coming back again for his grooming needs.

Thank the whole staff for taking great care of jeter that we let go to another vet to get neutered and they did a terrible job and we took him to his regular vet at east side as always a great job the staff explain everything we needed to do when we got home to care for jeter thanks for taking great care of our baby

I am new to the area, and i tried you out I have a beagle that has to have his anal glands expressed every month so I brought him in. I thought the visit went well but I feel your price for anal gland expression is outrageous!!! And i don t like the fact that you took my dog to the back. I worked for a vet for 6 1/2 years and wee did studies that confirm clients feel much more comfortable when you do procedures in the room.

Love taking my dogs here. You are always concerned and honestly CARE about my dogs and don t treat them like a number. I always get the same vet, which is awesome and you always answer my questions in a language I can understand. I ve been to all the other vets in Columbia and been treated poorly by all of them. I m thrilled to find someone who cares about my dogs as much as I do. I recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for doing such a caring and professional job. It means a lot to me.

I ve been to several different vets due to living in different locations around Nashville. Eastside is hands down the best we ve dealt with. My dog Dugger is not a fan of the vet and most of the time the vet has required to sedate him. You have always been great with him and comforted him to the point he hasn t been sedated since coming here. It s always been a quick visit and a quiet one that he isn t freaked out by other animals.

Nothing against the office but grooming is way expensive especially being charged full price of $40 for a puppy!
