The girl at the front desk was extremely rude throughout the visit. I have 3 dogs and will never return.

Needless to say I won’t be going back there again. All they care about is ur money not ur pet.

I am a client from about 2009 to present. I have a large number of animals. When I call with a concern, I m told there are no appointments available today or tomorrow - you need to use the Emergency Clinic While I appreciate there are appointments set, I honestly feel like I am not considered a client - The Emergency Clinic is less expensive and they ve taken care of 2 of my cats recently when there were no appointments available - they did a great job and offered to work with me on moving all my animals to them if I wanted. This is a very real possibility based on the reaction I get when I call in. Not sure who the person is (not Sherry - I recognize her voice)answering the phone and directing me in the clinic s direction. This could become an issue if other clients are being told this. Have a web based enrollment so you have less wait and less inconvenience trying to restrain the pet while filling out forms on paper that could be done faster on line.

The service was very good I just think it’s a bit pricey. It was twice the price as my normal vet but they were super busy on Friday and I didn’t have the time to wait.

we have been bringing our pets to Eastside since we moved here in 1989! Need I say more!!!

The doctor was not sensitive to the pet owner. I felt shamed and frustrated after my visit. Staff was very warm and friendly tho.
