Dr. Stepusin has been such a wonderful veterinarian to our kitties and very kind to us, their human parents. We ve only seen Dr. Stepusin a couple of times, but everytime was a difficult situation. I am very happy with Step Up Veterinary Clinic! They are so nice and so good with my 2 cats and my dog. The doctors and technicians are so helpful with any questions I have. They contact me to check on my cat that has Kidney Disease to see how she s doing. I would recommend them to anybody. My mother needed a new vet so she takes her 3 cats there now!

It seems cumbersome and time consuming to have people wait in cars outside. I think the pandemic is now under control and people could just come in with their pets when they arrive. You could require masking if you feel it is necessary. Everything else is awesome. Doctor S and the staff are all wonderful

This is a follow up visit from the Previous Monday. I would have given that visit a twelve out of ten stars that visit was outstanding! To this visit, I was told to stay in the car. 45 -60 minutes later my cat was brought back. I was charged in extra $10. Because they had to put my cat in a container. I could have carried him out. I was also concerned about the liquid leaking from his nose. Which I commented on, during the first visit and on the previsit screening. I felt that no one booked at those comments and sort of blew me off when I asked about it.

Lauren went out of her way to get us an appt for Lilly to get her Bordetella vaccine in time for our vacation. She was more than helpful and we really appreciate her assistance
