It seems cumbersome and time consuming to have people wait in cars outside. I think the pandemic is now under control and people could just come in with their pets when they arrive. You could require masking if you feel it is necessary. Everything else is awesome. Doctor S and the staff are all wonderful

I am fine with all 5 stars, not sure if it clicked properly. I was completely satisfied with the visit. I felt like Dr. Miller and Christa spent an appropriate amount of time with me and Ryver. I appreciate their taking the time to listen to my concerns and it was a pleasant experience. We are happy to be Patients at this Practice now!

This is a follow up visit from the Previous Monday. I would have given that visit a twelve out of ten stars that visit was outstanding! To this visit, I was told to stay in the car. 45 -60 minutes later my cat was brought back. I was charged in extra $10. Because they had to put my cat in a container. I could have carried him out. I was also concerned about the liquid leaking from his nose. Which I commented on, during the first visit and on the previsit screening. I felt that no one booked at those comments and sort of blew me off when I asked about it.

I came because my dog had an ear infection and I was there for 1.5 hours. I sat in the parking lot waiting to be seen for 30 minutes of that time. The tech that came and got me was underprepared or possibly ill-equipped. He jammed his first swab done my dogs ear. My dog was visibly scared after that - he would hide behind me each time the tech walked back into the room. My dog has never acted that way with any tech previously - even if they are jabbing him with a needle or swabbing his ears. My dog actually showed his teeth at the tech. I didn’t recognize anyone I saw this past visit- don’t recall seeing any of them before. If this is the current level of staff, I probably will not be back.

I booked this appointment because my usual vet couldn’t see us in time, but I think I will be coming back here from now on. The vet and the vet tech were incredibly kind, informative and great with my dogs (who can be a lot). The price was reasonable for how much I got done and the staff were just great.
