I came because my dog had an ear infection and I was there for 1.5 hours. I sat in the parking lot waiting to be seen for 30 minutes of that time. The tech that came and got me was underprepared or possibly ill-equipped. He jammed his first swab done my dogs ear. My dog was visibly scared after that - he would hide behind me each time the tech walked back into the room. My dog has never acted that way with any tech previously - even if they are jabbing him with a needle or swabbing his ears. My dog actually showed his teeth at the tech. I didn’t recognize anyone I saw this past visit- don’t recall seeing any of them before. If this is the current level of staff, I probably will not be back.

I booked this appointment because my usual vet couldn’t see us in time, but I think I will be coming back here from now on. The vet and the vet tech were incredibly kind, informative and great with my dogs (who can be a lot). The price was reasonable for how much I got done and the staff were just great.

Vet was good. Emails were not. took one dog in for an exam and two for toenail clips. Got a total of 9 emails including this one. I will change vets if this continues. NO MORE EMAILS!!!!!

Update your phone message - the pandemic is over and allow people to return to the waiting room Luckily there was a cancellation which allowed my appointment to be moved up one week, but originally waiting nine days for an appointment for a non-routine visit is a long wait when the sooner the better was a factor for my pet. The vet and tech were very good.

Stella and Phoebe followed their favorite of favorites … Dr.Miller to her new residence of practice. Stella had her first visit recently, reluctantly (very common for her) but warmed up once she knew she was in great care. I personally was very impressed with the staff, cleanliness and attentiveness by all. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! Phoebe will be coming for her visit in early September!

Thank you very much for your kindness to us as I picked up the medicated shampoo! I cried all the way home. My husband was diagnosed in late March this year with stage 4 prostate Cancer metastasized to his bones. Everyday is a gift to us and the pups.
