Vet was good. Emails were not. took one dog in for an exam and two for toenail clips. Got a total of 9 emails including this one. I will change vets if this continues. NO MORE EMAILS!!!!!

Update your phone message - the pandemic is over and allow people to return to the waiting room Luckily there was a cancellation which allowed my appointment to be moved up one week, but originally waiting nine days for an appointment for a non-routine visit is a long wait when the sooner the better was a factor for my pet. The vet and tech were very good.

Stella and Phoebe followed their favorite of favorites … Dr.Miller to her new residence of practice. Stella had her first visit recently, reluctantly (very common for her) but warmed up once she knew she was in great care. I personally was very impressed with the staff, cleanliness and attentiveness by all. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! Phoebe will be coming for her visit in early September!

Thank you very much for your kindness to us as I picked up the medicated shampoo! I cried all the way home. My husband was diagnosed in late March this year with stage 4 prostate Cancer metastasized to his bones. Everyday is a gift to us and the pups. Michael and Dr. Kara Kitchen both were excellent and it was a sincere pleasure to talk with them as they examined my nearly 18 year old (we think!) rescue cat Timothy. Obviously, Timothy was very relaxed and loved them both as he purred so loudly, it was difficult for Dr. Kitchen to hear his heartbeat! Many thanks!

Coming from a different vet, I found this visit to be much more comfortable. Dr Kitchen was wonderful with both of my dogs as was Leah the vet tech. It was a very clean and welcoming facility.

Very good experience overall, The technician, Angie, was polite and thorough. Dr. Miller is the BEST!
