Vet care is expensive anywhere you go. That said, I felt you were a bit cheaper than my previous vet. I felt that policies and pricing is very fair. Staff was super nice and vet was thorough and caring. Vet tech Abby was especially helpful.

I pass about 15 Vets to make it to these amazing ppl. I think that about covered it.

Our dog got a vaccine the other day. She hasn’t been feeling well. I called and texted today to see if we could get her in for an appointment. She can’t be seen for 5 days. It would be helpful if you had spaces for sick appointments for your current pets so they can be seen in a more timely manner. She’s an older dog, so I worry about her having to wait that long to be seen.

There was not really an explanation of billing procedures but I just figured I would be paying for the Yearling Exam & revacination. So everything went as planned.

The staff here are amazing. As first timers I wasn t sure but everyone was great even though our pup was very barky the whole time!

This time I made appt easily. We were offered a same day appt for our issue which was great. The wait times in the car and in the room can be improved. t This time we waited about 10mins in the car. In the fall, we waited more than an hour in sweltering 90 degree heat with our epileptic dog because no room was available.

I am pleased with the staff. Very friendly. I like that they will still come out and get your pet. My dog does much better when she can t see me. (At least, I think she does!)

We love love love Step Up! The doctors are great, patient and knowledgeable as well as the staff. Everyone is friendly and treats our dog like she is a princess which warms my heart. Our dog loves going to Step Up and gets excited when we pull into the parking lot which most dogs do not not do.
