Love A Step Up Vet. Your staff is great, extremely friendly. I would find it difficult to find another veterinarian clinic with a similar staff. If I had one complaint it s that the building is too small.

The tech talked so fast I could not grasp most of what she said. I am college educated but this is unfamiliar. I haven’t had a puppy in 20 years.. most of this was new to me. It was really not helpful.

It was my first visit and it was great! The exam was very thorough and everything was explained in detail. Then, when I requested meds a couple days after my appointment, they all came through for us. Thank you!

Always good to have Dr. Miller look after our pets. Dr. Miller is exceptionally calming and reassuring to frightened pets, and is very good with our foster Pitbull, Gia. We are thankful to have her as our Vet.

This is the best veterinary practice I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the docs are professional, friendly and compassionate. When I called about Chance for the small lump I found they got me in ASAP. And quickly eased my worries and scheduled the procedure. I also REALLY appreciate the messaging service in the app where I can get answers quickly and appointments scheduled if needed. This practice feels like family. ??

Your staff have consistently been wonderful. Not this visit, but the previous one, we had to Uber Pet to our 8 am appt. Your staff let us come inside at 7:45, the tech took us in at 7:40, and we were done and outside waiting for our ride home before 8:00!

The pandemic is over let the pet parents in with the animals for all visits.

Best vet appointment I have ever taken one of my cats to. Office staff very friendly and accommodating about making appointment. The staff and vet were very careful and caring with my cat. Took care of everything so that my cat did not have to be around other animals. Would highly recommend them. I am traveling with my cat the Dr took the time to explain how to care for her on a long road time.

It was a busy day and they were short staffed so we waited a little bit longer but received excellent attention when it was our turn. I have to drive farther to go to your facility but I would never go elsewhere! Love everyone there!!

Please be sure in the future to clean your facility - my dog got kennel cough after leaving your office. My dog is NEVER around any other dogs so I know he didn’t get it from another dog. He started a horrible cough and weezing the day after. I won’t be back!

I really felt very comfortable with my first visit. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful and very kind and patient with my kitty. I was very impressed with checking out and the paperwork I received, describing all interactions during our visit. Very helpful indeed because it is easy to forget some of the information.
