I really felt very comfortable with my first visit. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful and very kind and patient with my kitty. I was very impressed with checking out and the paperwork I received, describing all interactions during our visit. Very helpful indeed because it is easy to forget some of the information. Vet care is expensive anywhere you go. That said, I felt you were a bit cheaper than my previous vet. I felt that policies and pricing is very fair. Staff was super nice and vet was thorough and caring. Vet tech Abby was especially helpful.

I pass about 15 Vets to make it to these amazing ppl. I think that about covered it.

Our dog got a vaccine the other day. She hasn’t been feeling well. I called and texted today to see if we could get her in for an appointment. She can’t be seen for 5 days. It would be helpful if you had spaces for sick appointments for your current pets so they can be seen in a more timely manner. She’s an older dog, so I worry about her having to wait that long to be seen.

There was not really an explanation of billing procedures but I just figured I would be paying for the Yearling Exam & revacination. So everything went as planned.
