I had two techs help Aurora, our cat, with a couple of ticks and burrs. I came for the ticks (new cat owner) and would have handled the burrs, but the two technicians (sorry, didnt catch their names) took care of the burrs too without me asking. Friendly, helpful, quick. Great experience and I will continue to recommend A Step Up to others.

When the appointment is set for 8:30 to not see the Dr until after 9 is unacceptable.

I would like to consult with a vet about my dog dozer, he didn’t do well with last visit , anxiety or nervous , before next visit talk to vet about a sedative, trazadone didn’t seem to calm him at all, just looking to make next visit better for all
