Dr. Griffin and staff were amazing. This was my first time at the practice and I could not be more pleased. The staff were so good with my very nervous dog, and Dr. Griffin was very good with me as a nervous dog mom. He took time to be thorough in all his responses and dedicated time to answers all my concerns and questions. So pleased with my visit and would recommend Step Up to anyone! Thank you for making this such a great experience.

I tell people in a past life I did cat rescue for about 10 years. I had the most wonderful old school country type vet. We worked together and I trusted him implicitly. Overtime I came to believe I would never find a vet or office that gave me the same feeling of trust and confidence I felt with my old school friend. Now, almost two decades later, I walked into A Step Up and met Dr Stepusin and staff. In short order I was feeling the peace and confidence I used to feel with that old school vet. The frosting on the cake was my little feral rescue showed no signs of fear or stress. Until that moment I was the only human my little Ghost trusted. I speak confidently, from experience, A Step Up is a special and rare place for quality and caring pet care. Please feel free to share my opinion with others.

Way too costly. Scary to be charged so much, hundreds of dollars for visit, Xays & Rx, & get recom for costly surgery consult + prohibitively expensive surgery. Just cannot afford.
