I think I m going to make A Step Up Chesa s new veterinarian as the hours are convenient for my schedule, I did get seen quickly, they follow up on the visit, answer questions of concern over the phone and appear to pay attention to my cat s issues. Thanks everyone.

A few weeks ago I called and made an appointment for my dog for the first time. I was delighted that staff gave me an appointment so quickly. The staff was courteous and professional. I was pleased to see the technology that was used within the office. The vet took the time to exam my dog and answer all my questions. I was also pleased that the vet offered a course of treatment that was affordable. We are officially patients of A Step Up Veterinary Clinic and would recommend them.

Step up is awesome. I recommend to all my friends with pets. Dr is very kind as is staff. It is good to wait in a private room for service. Our first encounter was when we had our dog put to sleep. The staff was kind and understanding. We love a step up!!

The service and staff were excellent. Dr. S explained Macey s condition in depth and did follow up calls to check on her. Clinic location is great for me.

I was very pleased with the time the Vet and staff spent trying to diagnose our dog s problem. There were a couple of issues with accuracy on the dog s file (i.e. weight, age) which may have impacted amount of medication. Was noted prior to departure. Overall, very pleased and will come back.
