Recently took our new puppy here to check it out. Very pleased so we will be switching our pets to this practice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, clean and comfortable environment, reasonable prices, and just liked everything about this place.

Excellent service and staff. Very knowledgable vet and took his time explaining. Spent almost 45 minutes explaining evaluation of new puppy. Going to have records for our other dog transferred so a step up can care for her as well. Highly recommend

We have nothing but praise for our interactions with the clinic. Everybody was friendly, the facility is beautiful, and we felt like our girl got wonderful treatment. Dr. Stepusin called me this morning with lab results and he took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

5. No billing explanations were provided, so that is why I answered Not applicable . 6. I noticed that the exam room that I was in needed a quick sweeping. There was some dog hair clumps from a previous canine on the floor. Otherwise, the facility was clean. I have already recommended A Step Up Veterinary Clinic to friends! I clicked excellent for all questions. Extremely impressed and grateful to Dr S and his wonderful staff. They saved my precious dogs life! State of the art equipment and skilled staff! They stayed over 5 hours on a Saturday and this was my dogs first visit. With the vet tech that answered the telephone and her excellent triage skills that prompted usTo bring our dog to the office within 5 minutes of closing! Remarkable, grateful,blessed, speechless, words cannot express how overwhelmed we are with their services and commitment to their profession and clients!!!

My first time there...it was at the end of there day..and I had a problem with our dog...they made room on there schedule and seen us...they were so friendly and helpfull...and this was after my long time vet did not have time for us...I will be back..
