The Dr & his staff were so professional, kind, caring, & so great w/ our dog. They answered all of my questions, looked up joint medicines I saw on the Internet, offered advice, understood financially I would need to talk w/ my husband w/ any recommendations they had & didn t pressure me at all, offered to beat prices on flea meds, & the charge was lower than any vet we ve been to in years! It is our dog s vet & any future animals we will have in the future s vet! I would recommend to anyone who wants their pet cared for w/ sincere kindness & looked over thoroughly w/ all your questions & concerns answered to go to A Step Up Veterinary Care on Clifton Road in Bethel Park!

I think the staff is fantastic! They were genuine friendly and caring towards me and my dog. I am so grateful to have found our lifelong vet for kyra and it being so close to our home, although I would drive a good distance for this type of service! I would just like my name corrected to Lydia and not Linda on the emails to me :)

This was my first visit to your facility and I just wanted to say how exceptional the staff and facility were. My dog was nervous coming in but the staff was extremely gentle and kind with her. She s an older dog and needs extra care. The doctor explained everything to me, didn t rush us and was very thorough in his explanation. I received a follow up call yesterday to see how my dog was doing. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking to either change vets or looking for a new one, to please try this establishment out. They are reasonable in price and you can tell that they love the animals that come into the facility!!!!!

This is one of the friendliest, cleanest and professional vetenarian hospital I have ever taken my animal. I am recommending A step up to anyone I know who has an animal. If you don t take your pet here you re missing out!

I was so pleased with my visit here. My whole family is most likely to switch over. I brought in my neared lizard and they were very attentive and I was pleasantly surprised the veterinarian took so much time with us. It was a very good experience. Will definelty come back.
