This was my first visit here, and I found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. I scheduled my appointment ahead of time and found the wait time to be minimal. When we were seen, the doctor took the time to listen as I explained the symptoms and asked questions then explain everything thoroughly. I would definitely go back.

We liked that we could pay in the treatment room. We liked how friendly and competent everyone was. We liked how we didnt feel pressured into antibiotics or other costly addons. Didn t explain possible side effects of lyme disease vaccines (my dog was very lethargic and had blood in stools) No follow-up call the next day

My regular veterinarian only charges me $45 for a visit and if I see a vet tech... its only $27. She is very conscious about price and I need that because of my budget. I had an emergency and your offices were very great graciously let me come in at the last minute.

I was so impressed with the doctor and staff and most importantly, my dog was much more at ease than she normally is when visiting the vet s office. Her comfort level speaks volumes about this practice and I will highly recommend it to all of my friends and neighbors!

$12 for nail clippings is a little expensive. Other than that we enjoyed our experience.

Our first experience with the clinic was a sick appointment for our dog. She had suddenly become very ill. Dr. Stepusin was very thorough and caring. I was impressed that he called to check on Bella each day until she was better. He took the time to go over the test results in detail with me. I was confident that Bella was in good hands. The staff is also very pleasant and helpful.

Surprised you would charge $12.50 to clip a puppy s nails. With our former Vet, that service is complimentary. While I like the doctor, staff, location, and facility, your prices are not cheaper as advertised. In fact, I think it s more overall.
