Best vet ever!!

I appreciate everyone, especially Dr. Griffith, in the excellent care I have received(with scheduling, questions, etc) and the amount of genuine care you have given both Rigby and Gunther. You have eased my minded so many times, and I can not thank you all enough. If I am ever in the area, and need vet care, I will definitely be returning. And will genuinely miss everyone when I move to Ohio. thank you, whole-heartedly, for everything.

Med cost wow!! 1300.00 in seven months. My only concern. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

The scheduled appointment went smoothly. The tech was very cheerful and explained process as well as gathered any additional information. Dr Kitchens was able to continue with treating Harley. I feel very confident with him in her care.

I took recommendations from friends when looking for a new vet and I couldn’t be happier. Dr Kitchen and staff were amazing and took a lot of time to take care of my pups and get answers I didn’t know we needed!

I am new to Step Up and couldn t be more pleased. The doctor and staff were very efficient and kind. Price was reasonable.

Costs are. Very high, though service is personable and good. Disappointed that no dog food was available at appointment time. Had to mail order.

I ve been bringing my cats here for years and I ve never one had a negative experience. All staff is so kind and helpful and truly just wonderful to my babies.

I believe the medication you provided is overpriced

I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I called my husband to bring another set. Long story short, I didn t get home for almost two hours. I didn t want to bother you guys, but it started to rain. I accepted the offer to come in, and my husband arrived probably within 20 minutes or so. But everybody is sooo nice in your place. Thank you so much for your kindness, I was embarrassed, BUT you didn t make me feel embarrassed. Godspeed, Diane Hull

Staff is very good

The entire practice is wonderful. The ONLY place I ll ever take any of my animals to be treated. Sometimes the wait in the lot is a bit long but overall it s all good. I have a longer wait getting in with the techs than with Dr G. Still, never waited more than a few weeks max for a tech. I ve always been seen quickly if it s been emergent. Everybody is so nice, answers my questions and returns calls faster than any other vet I ve dealt with. In fairness, our wait may be longer at times because my Daisy is great with people but reactive to other dogs. They may have to wait for a room to clear out before they can bring her back. As far as the vet care goes, it s top-notch. And the waits aren t anything crazy...I ve waited hours at other places before switching permanently to your practice. I recommend you to all of my friends with fur babies. Thank you for all that you do for my Daisy.

I was afraid I was going to have to make a tough decision this day because my dog was so sick for a few days. The vet and vet tech were so friendly and kind and handled my crabby blind deaf old lady with kindness even though she was snippy! She is doing much better since being given medicine thank you
