The necessary vaccines were not in stock, therefore our cat didn’t receive all of her shots. I am waiting to hear fro office when vaccine is available to make arrangements to complete Daisy ‘s immunization

I have complete confidence in Dr Stepusin. He answered all my questions and correctly treated my pup who was able to take a much needed medication in less than 24 hours. He has checked up on us repeatedly and is available to us when needed.A brilliant man!

I was very pleased with my visit. Office and exam room were both immaculate. I did not have a long wait until the doctor came into the room (unlike my office visits to my PCP!). The doctor was through and treated my cat like my child that she is. The medicine prescribed began to relieve symptoms very quickly. I even received a call the next morning to make sure things were going well. I do not even get that from my own doctor. I was extremely pleased and I will definitely use A Step Up again.

we were there for 1 vaccine and had to wait 45 minutes in the front waiting room and another 5 minutes in the exam room (after saying I was not happy, which was good) only to see the tech for two minutes. Being it was just a vaccine we should have been asked to reschedule with the front desk knowing how long of a wait it was going to be. If my dog was sick, I understand being fit in and the need for a wait, but this was a scheduled appointment. The tech charge was taken off my bill, thank you for that, but still did not make up a 50 minute wait.

Everybody was so nice, and so happy. I liked that my dog was taken into a room right away. She gets aggressive with other dogs (more barky than nasty). It was nice to be in a place that cares. Thank you.
