This was the second time I waited for 10 to 15 minutes for a technician to come in and take care of the dog. Both times the office was not busy, and had very few customers. When I arrive to this time, there was no one in the waiting room, only a couple cars in the parking lot, and I went back to the room immediately. That s why I m confused why I had to wait in the room 10 to 15 minutes for a vaccine. One wait time is understandable, but this was twice in a row I had to wait when the office was noticibly not busy. Thank you for your concern.

I was told at my last appointment I would only have to pay $10 taxi. Then I had to pay for the vaccine again and a waste disposal charge. I don’t mind paying them but I should’ve been told that the first time I asked I was told I would only have to pay $15 and up 33
