We are pleased with Dr. Randolph Stepusin and his staff. They took time to carefully examine our new rescue, Boomer, and explain everything about him. We are glad we chose to come to A Step Up.

I call with a sick dog. The staff was both friendly and attentive to our needs. I am VERY happy with the services that I was provided and very much appreciate that they were able to make arrangements to see me immediately and then continued to follow up and care for my knucklehead :). Thank you!

I called after hours on Friday with a concern, and I got a call back the next morning at 7:54 with an appointment at 9 am. The level of care from check-in through our appointment through check-out was excellent. I recommend y all to everyone with a pet.

Everyone here, from the front desk, to vet techs, to the veterinarian was SO kind and thoughtful. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I truly enjoyed my first visit. The staff treated my kitten so well, playing with her when they entered the room which was great! It was so easy to get an appointment when my kitten was having issues which put my worries at ease. I am so grateful I found a great vet office for my kittens!

I always feel welcomed and that my dog is well taken care of! You can tell that Dr Stepusin enjoys his job and treats your pet as if it were his own. So happy that I switched to this company. Thank you!

First, a thank you to A Step Up for seeing our dog, Lucy, on such short notice when we could not get in to see our regular vet. Lucy had a skin infection and we could not wait until September (our regular vet s earliest availability) to have her looked at. So thank you again! We had such a great experience at ASU from start to finish. We were so impressed that we told other family members about it. We are also seriously considering switching to ASU as our regular vet.

I am so happy we decided to bring our kitten here! Everyone was so friendly and nice. And eventhough care matters more than how a place looks, this place looks really nice... Colorful and great pictures on the walls. My kitten received excellent care from the moment we walked in. Very happy and highly recommend A Step Up!

We were led to an examining room fairly quickly but waited long for the doctor to come in. He spent plenty of time with my two cats but we spent a long time waiting for the technician to come in and vaccinate them. I am assuming the long wait was because the doctor was reviewing the records, as this was our first time there. I was pleased with Dr. Stepusin and pleased with the technician who emptied Padua s anal glands of the hardened material. I have already started them on the new food (half old, half new for now).

We were very pleased with the entire experience. We certainly appreciated the great care, concern, and professionalism we were shown. We had lots of questions and felt quality time was given to each one.

Dr. Kitchen is wonderful at her job!

My dog, Hazel, can be high maintenance. I appreciated that the front office staff let us know when a room was available so we didn’t disturb the other pet owners. The vet tech, Shea (blonde hair and glasses), is wonderful with Hazel. She is so patient and kind. She gives Hazel peanut butter until Hazel feels comfortable and establishes trust. I appreciate all the time she takes with Hazel and that she is willing to spend the time tonl make Hazel comfortable. Both Dr. Randall and Dr. Kitchen were so sweet with Hazel and put this nervous dog mom at ease. I am so happy A Step Up is our vet clinic!

What a wonderful experience with Dr S! He took the time and was patient with my timid dog. All of the staff was super friendly and quick.
