We had left our previous vet for several reasons. Not only did Dr Kitchen excel in all the areas our previous vet had been lacking, she also went beyond our expectations in areas we did not even realize we were missing out on at the last practice. Our experience changed our expectations for what a good vet visit could be!

I would have liked to be given more information on the Wellness Plans and how to go about ordering Heartgard and Nexgard. I m totally new to pet owning so I feel a little more lost on these things. But the vet was able to give plenty of details on how to notice my dogs being under or overweight and checking his teeth.

This was our first time here and everyone was so friendly and accommodating! I got an appointment very quickly as well. My dog loved the peanut butter treat(s) that helped him get through all his vaccinations and tests and everything!

I highly recommend A Step Up Veterinary Clinic. The service and staff are a group of caring, helpful and pleasant personnel. I will not take my AnnieB anywhere else unless for an unusual circumstance. I just had her Spade yesterday and the results were absolutely wonderful for my puppy as well as for me. She is aready showing recovery. Love you guys. Thanks Dr. Randy, terrific job.

i feel in previous visits my dogs have been given a better exam. It seems this time the vet was only in to watch the shots being given but did not look my dog over at all. I feel that the shots could have just been given by the tech and I could have been saved the charge for a vet exam. I was just disappointed when comparing this visit to previously yearly visits I have had. everything else was wonderful

We had a sick cat and needed to be seen the same day because we were going out of town. The staff managed to fit us in and get our cat medication so we were able to comfortably leave him with our pet sitter. Although we had to wait awhile to be seen,we knew the vet was spending extra time with a dog who was much more serious and he was very friendly and thorough when it was our turn.

This is a little difficult as I was not expecting to share my thoughts. I was in for a follow up after my dog was seen at med vet. I was charged $55 which from my perspective was a very quick visit. I also brought in meds (codene) to share with you and was charged a disposal fee. I was told that you couldn’t recycle them but was not told about a disposal fee until I saw the invoice. Also was told $35 for some Hills food and charged $40. So I left a little surprised and disappointed.

I was very satisfied with the appointment. I can t say I m crazy about the way this survey works. I prefer blank stars to start. The important thing is that Duchess is back to normal and doing well.
