I have been bringing my 2 peek-a-poo s to Dr. Randall Stepusin since the practice opened, and I have had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Randall and Cat Streno were wonderful during my most recent visit at explaining the diagnosis and treatment required in a simple and concise way. Kudos to the Step Up Veterinary team!

Only reason I gave 3 stars for the waiting time is that we did wait ~15 minutes before we were taken to a room. Its understandable though to be busy on a Saturday.

The staff and vets at this facility are the best around. They take their time with you and your pet. The reception area is always so friendly. I could not ask for a better place to take my furbabies.

Dr. Kara Kitchen saw us right away without an appointment due to my 5 month puppy being swarmed by yellow jackets. Dr. Kitchen was very compassionate and great with our puppy Lucy. We will be switching to A Step Up for all of our veterinarian needs.
