It was our first visit and we were very impressed. We had used another vet clinic for our previous 2 cats and were looking for another one and picked A Step Up based on their excellent online reviews. We weren t disappointed!

I have had such wonderful experiences at this Clinic. They are so good with my dog and so understanding with my husband and me. They are thorough and provide options for treatment/care. I really recommend these vets and their staff!

Another great visit. We have always had quick, friendly and professional service at the front desk, with the vet techs and with Dr. Stepusin. I highly recommend him and this clinic.

55 dollars technician fee for 3 distemper shots I felt was high, it took 5 minutes.

I only have one complaint, as this is a really great office. I do wish Dr S would still allow PetMeds to fill perscrips, or at least offer generic (as I requested instead of HearTGard, , but when I returned home found I had the name brand in my bag) I have a really rough time affording our dog’s meds.
