Appreciate all the precautions you are taking with the Covid virus still around. Leah is absolutely the best. She has always taken time & had all the patience needed with both our Irish Setters. Jack our previous boy trusted her especially after he felt how good the laser treatments made him feel. Both she & Dr. Randal were compassionate when his time came. You guys are simply the best. Thank you.

Overall, a wonderful experience! Everyone was SO friendly and helpful. My only recommendation is to provide more guidance on how to “check in” for appointments. We called twice and couldn’t get through, eventually we waved someone down in the parking lot.

Overall very satisfied with how the staff took care of my dog. He is hesitant towards new people but the staff was patient with him which I greatly appreciate. Everyone I interacted with was kind and provided great knowledge and advice regarding my questions.

The vet called us out in the car & spent so much time talking to us, explaining everything, taking my questions, & was so caring! The staff was equally as nice! Fantastic visit! Wonderful staff!

Most of these don’t apply. Due to Covid, the tech came out to my car and gave my dog its bordatella right through the open window.

I wasn’t able to get my dog in the first time I called. I was told to take her to the pet ER if necessary because there were not any appointments available until 8.25. When I called the pet ER, they said they had extremely long wait times and much higher prices, and that it didn’t seem like my dog needed to be seen at the ER. They told me to call back to the regular vet the next day to see if she could be squeezed in. Luckily, she was squeezed in. I didn’t care about paying the same day fee because she was so sick. The vet was helpful and kind, and our dog was feeling so much better by the next day. Please have sick appointments available when pets are sick. My dog was miserable for an extra 24 hours and we were awake all night because of it. I paid an extra same day fee, and I was okay with that. When your pet is sick, you want them to be taken care of ASAP. Thank you for helping her. She is doing much better.
