I tried to give all Excellent above but wasnt sure they accepted. I have had multiple dogs and have used multiple vets and I have never been happier than I am with A Step Up. Your service is unmatched and you have a customer for life.

Due to Corona virus the technician met us out in the parking lot and took Lucy inside for her appointment. The technician was very pleasant and Lucy went with him like she knew him forever.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. All issues at the time were resolved and explained in detail. Not a lot of people do reptiles or have good working knowledge of them. So, we really appreciate Randy having the knowledge he does to help us.

As always, Boo and I had a wonderful experience. The staff (especially John) are phenomenal. Boo gets so excited when I tell him we re going to see his friends at the vet. And that s what makes A Step Up the best. They treat Boo like he s their friend/their own.

My first experience with Step Up Vet Clinc was amazing! The vet tech that came to my car to pick up my puppy was friendly, patient and knowledgable. She treated my puppy like she was her own and made me feel at ease. The vet that cared for my puppy took the time to talk and explain what was done during the visit since I wasn t able to go into the clinic with my puppy. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and would recommend Step Up Vet to all of my family and friends.

Tiffany was amazing with my dog Chance. I was so scared to bring him to a new vet because he can be mean towards new people. I muzzled him and he came out with it off, which blew my mind. I will recommend this clinic to anyone who asks me! Thank you for being a great practice !

Called to say I had arrived and left 2 messages. Finally after 15 mins I had to flag down another staff person to let them know my pet had arrived. We only waited another 10 mins but 25 min wait seems slightly long. If there was an emergency or running behind it would have been nice to have had someone answer the phone calls.

The doctor and vet tech were very kind and helpful in explaining Chloe,s situation. She is healing well.

I can’t comment on facilities because I sat in my car for over an hour just to get seen. Once seen it was pretty quick but I didn’t need to see the doctor and the wait time is too long. My dog has anxiety in the car so she was anxious the whole time. Others who arrived after us had a much less wait time- so it was frustrating.

Randy and the staff are excellent. We come all the way from Robinson because of the care and concern that is shown by a Step Up Vet. They definitely made a difficult time easier.

We stopped the trazodone after one day. He seemed disoriented and hid from us.

I loved my first visit and I am definitely making them my go to ??
