Excellent animal care! We were able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The staff at the veterinary office of A Step Up were very nice and accommodating. The veterinarian for our office visit was very professional and showed how much they cared for my little doggie!

I was not able to go into the clinic for my first vet appointment because of the virus, but Dr. Kitchen talked to me for 20 minutes on the phone updating me and answering all questions. I felt like I was there and didn t miss anything. I really appreciated this! I was very happy and impressed with my first appointment. Everyone is very nice and helpful!!

They did an excellent job under the current conditions. Don t see how they could have done anything more.

I had a very nice experience with the doctor my puppy had for his first visit! I am very happy about his new clinic. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the technician that brought my puppy back out to me made a remark after my boyfriend make a joke about how energetic the puppy is, she said that we “should have done our research.” We did our research. We wanted an energetic dog for our lifestyle. It wasn’t a very flattering comment from her.

Thank you for seeing Sadie, especially while taking precautions with the Covid-19 virus! One thing that was convenient was online appointment scheduling. Not sure if that could be available again or not.

I am an overly protective dog mom. As my older fur baby is aging I have a lot of concerns and question about my boy s health. Doctor addressed all my concerns, calmed my fears and suggested helpful advice. I never felt rushed through our appointment and my boy and I was handled with loving, kind and compassionate professionals. Thank you for being a business that truly cares for animals and their parents.

You receive 5 stars for each question from me. I always leave your practice in a better place than when I arrived. I am simply amazed at the time I am given when one of your doctors enter the exam room. My pet always receives a through exam and I receive a full exclamation in terms I understand. I could never imagine going anywhere else when I have a pet in need. I tell everyone I know who has a pet that A Step Up is the place to go if you wish to take excellent care of your fur baby.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

I had a great overall experience for my first visit to this office. I did have a pretty long wait time, which was the only negative. I do understand things can get crazy sometimes, and the techs and the vet both apologized for the wait every time someone came into the room. Due to the overall good experience and friendly staff, the wait will not affect me deciding to use this office again.

We think Dr Kitchen is the best vet we have ever had. She is a very caring person. So happy we found her.
