I would recommend Step Up Veterinary Clinic, from making appointment to how they handled my dog, to check-out was smooth and staff very friendly.

It was a very pleasant experience. Never a long wait time and it the office is never overly crowded.

I have been bringing my 2 peek-a-poo s to Dr. Randall Stepusin since the practice opened, and I have had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Randall and Cat Streno were wonderful during my most recent visit at explaining the diagnosis and treatment required in a simple and concise way. Kudos to the Step Up Veterinary team!

We love bringing Bear to A Step Up. Dr. Rudy is so kind and really takes his time explaining things. All the staff are so great and we appreciate everything you do for our fuzzy kid. We have recommended your services to all of our friends.

Only reason I gave 3 stars for the waiting time is that we did wait ~15 minutes before we were taken to a room. Its understandable though to be busy on a Saturday.
