I came a bit early to the appt. I had to call twice to check in. When I scheduled appt I reminded the girls about my dogs anxiety and requested I take her in to < it. I was dismissed. So when the girls came out to get her of course she acted up and because she was pulling back to car, tech tried to pick her up. I yelled at her and said don t do that again. When I sw her late I explained about her history. She said she would mark her chart as anxiety not aggressive. I was surprised to hear this and said it should have been done from day 1.

Great people. Tough to grade inside.??. Expect nothing but the best.

Excellent animal care! We were able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The staff at the veterinary office of A Step Up were very nice and accommodating. The veterinarian for our office visit was very professional and showed how much they cared for my little doggie!

I was not able to go into the clinic for my first vet appointment because of the virus, but Dr. Kitchen talked to me for 20 minutes on the phone updating me and answering all questions. I felt like I was there and didn t miss anything. I really appreciated this! I was very happy and impressed with my first appointment. Everyone is very nice and helpful!!

They did an excellent job under the current conditions. Don t see how they could have done anything more.
