Although we re living in very different times currently, I appreciate Dr. Stepusin taking the time to come outside and talk to me (outside of my vehicle), and explain everything that took place in Seamus s and Chloe s, appointments. He s very clear in his explanations, and has really helped me keep Seamus s issues in check.

I had a difficult time with the medication bottle for Zeus. I spilled some trying to get it out. Please explain exactly the correct way to get medication out.

We are first time puppy owners and we couldn t have been happier with the appointment and the staff!

I think things would be better if I could go in with my dogs for their visit. I get you need social distancing but you should allow one person in the room with their pet and have them wear a mask. It would be better for the animal and the overall visit results.

The waiting in the parking lot was a bit long, but I came after work like everyone else and there was a woman who just kept chatting and chatting with the doc. He took time with her and therefore got behind. He took time with everyone else too , she was just extra chatty!

Dr.Kitchen is always pleasant & takes time to explain things. All of the staff were friendly & took great care of our dachshund Daisy Mae.

You guys do a nice job. But I’m an anti mask person so that part is a bit tedious. But I can survive it. Thanks.

Minnie was sick for two days and they gave me advice on the phone, and then got me in as the last appointment on Saturday. They stayed an hour past closing to help me, and were very thorough! I m so thankful!

I love this office, my pup was a little sore after all his shots and they help with some medicine and called the next day to check on him. Thanks for all you do

You guys were great. Answered all my questions. I know you all love our pets as much as we do!

I was very disappointed that when my dog was sick, I was told that I had to wait for 3 1/2 weeks to be seen. Luckily I already had an appointment set for the following week so I had the blood work done then, but if he would have gotten a lot worse, I would have had to take him to the emergency. This is why I left my previous vet. I could never get in when my dogs were sick. They always told me to go to the emergency vet. I hope this isn t going to be starting the trend that I can t get in to see you when my dogs need medical attention. I understand that you are busy, but I also waited in the car for over an hour in the sweltering heat.

I was extreamily satisfied with the representative. He was super pleasant and I could really see his love for animals. He treated champer like family and it put my mind at ease.

It’s a little overboard. Mask I get but waiting outside for an hr for a “checkup” pretty unhappy with the “safety measure”

The only reason I gave two stars for waiting time was because of having to wait in the car. I understand why waiting in the car is important and I understand that delays happen. However, we waited in the car for around 20 minutes after our initial appointment time and it is very hot for the dogs. Perhaps phone calls to let people know that there are delays or just more effort to come out and get dogs at the appointment time even if they won’t immediately be seen would be better. Other than that the service and staff were exceptional as usual!

The staff was wonderful, and I appreciated Dr Stepusin calling me and taking time to tell me about the exam and his recommendation for treatment. He did not seem rushed at all and answered all my questions.

The doctors, technicians and staff are the best! I completely trust them with my dogs and my dogs love them. My babies are treated with love and kindness and professionalism.

Hopefully we can go in with our pets soon but how the staff handled it was great! Thank you!

Everyone’s always friendly and helpful. However, I’d like to suggest that your techs say “We’re offering curbside service” rather than “client free,” as if we all have the plague. If you didn’t have clients, you wouldn’t exist! Just a thought.
